After 15 years of mergers, acquisitions and early morning meetings toppled with stale coffee – I said goodbye to corporate law and found my new calling. From cross-border acquisitions to talent acquisition, I have become an internationally experienced consultant to renowned startups and organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond - helping them find, cultivate and retain talent that fits their needs exactly. My unique blend of global knowledge combined with local insight has been integral in driving successful outcomes.
A decade of successfully nurturing and growing Fortune 500 businesses internationally has taught me a thing or two about leadership and fostering strong partnerships. With a knack for understanding fast-growing ventures and the people needed to accelerate their growth, I am committed to driving these partnerships forward with a deep passion for hiring, coaching and people development.
Do good work is something I live by. And over the course of 17+ years, I've been fortunate enough to do just that with agencies like Y&R (at the time) and Saatchi & Saatchi. As a Creative Director I've worked with a wide range of delightful people along the way from Nivea & Olay to HSBC & Cadillac. And I plan to apply my expertise and experiences in helping identify the right fit for any given role, especially ones tied to the world of advertising and creativity.
